The ending of the article was quite alarmist, but then again having left University many years ago, I can’t vouch for what is actually going on in them. Many attacks against students, their lifestyle and their choices are simply unwarranted and below the belt, but I can’t think of any other nation where actively supporting a slain terrorist is lauded as an act of defiance. Using Kashmir, a student suicide and any other such issue as a lighting rod to coalesce anti-establishment support is just as “below the belt”.
